Many-sided and critical use of references. Project process and outcome demonstrate very good in-depth and critical thinking and follow assignment instructions. The student has contributed to team performance very well. S/he assumes responsibility for one's own as well as for others' work and is able to motivate and encourage others when needed.

Project process and outcome demonstrate excellent in-depth and critical thinking and follow assignment instructions.
