Tavoitteet

Tavoitteet:
- Hallitset kestävän kehityksen osa-alueet ja tavoitteet sekä niiden hyödyntämisen tapahtumien suunnittelussa.
- Tunnistat ja osaat arvioida tapahtuman kestävän kehityksen vaikutuksia.
- Osaat innovoida ja kehittää keinoja tapahtumien vastuullisuuden kasvattamiseksi.
- Opintojakson suoritettuasi osaat toteuttaa tapahtuman kestävän kehityksen suunnitelman sekä arvioida sen toteutumista huomioiden jatkuvan parantamisen tavoitteen.

Sisältö

Koulutuksen sisältö:
- Kestävän kehityksen kokonaisuus: ekologinen, sosiaalinen ja kulttuurinen sekä taloudellinen kestävyys
- Agenda 2030: Kestävän kehityksen tavoitteet
- Kestävä kehitys ja vastuullisuus osana tapahtumatuotantoa
- Tapahtuman kestävän kehityksen suunnitelman laatiminen

Opetusmenetelmät

All events have positive and negative impacts on the surrounding society. When we want to reduce these impacts, it is important to understand what is the cause of these impacts. In this course, we learn about responsibility and the aspects of sustainable development and how to implement them in event management. As a learning task, we implement a work plan to draw up a sustainable development plan for the event.

Objectives:
- You know the concept of sustainable development and sustainable development goals. You are able to utilize this knowledge in the event planning.
- You can assess the impacts of an event from sustainable development perspective.
- You can innovate and develop ways to increase the responsibility of events.
- After completing the course, you will be able to implement the event's sustainable development plan and evaluate its implementation and assessing the need for continuous improvement.

Content:
- The concept of sustainable development: ecological, social, cultural and economic sustainability
- Agenda 2030: Sustainable Development Goals
- Sustainable development and responsibility as part of event management
- Preparation of a sustainable development plan for the event
