Objective
The course increases students' knowledge in workplace skills, innovation skills, learning skills, and ethical thinking. The course enables the student to learn how to develop a multi-disciplinary professional life to communicate and interact, producing new knowledge and reform their practices in different areas of expertise, combining, to take responsibility for the development of goal-oriented workplace and to make decisions taking into account the customer, the organization and the needs of individuals. The student is also able to be a board member in an organization.
Content
The strategic planning process, strategic planning, strategic management and BSC, customer relationship strategies, being a board member and strategy work in a board.
