Objective

The student increases his/her knowledge on management and leadership tools and techniques, and understanding of factors affecting their successful implementation and performance. The student develops his/her skills of management and leadership, and will be able to analyze and develop the business management and leadership in practice.

Factors affecting the successful implementation and performance of management and leadership tools and techniques. Applying management and leadership tools and techniques into practical business examples.
