Objective

A . After the course you are able to locate sociopedagogical work in social welfare field. You are familiar with the essential terminology of sociopedagogical work (everyday life, Being the subjet of the own life) and processes (becoming the subject of the own life, emansipation and empowerment) and their meaning in the practice of social work.

B. You master the basics of professional collaboration in social work. You know and recognise different client groups and work orientations as well as working methods. You are able to face a client needing social support. You are familiar with the processes of growth and change and understand the significance ot the firmness of purpose in the client-work. You are able to reflect your own experiences.

C. You understand what is meant by early child hood education and you are familiar with the national objectives and documentation (legislation and instructions of the early childhood education). You understand the significance and the intrinsic value of childhood in the human development and what the term Child-centered means. You know what is meant by target-oriented support of growth, development and learning in the childhood.You undrstand the situation and the needs of a child and the family and the social, pedagigical and economical challengend related to early childhood education.
