You are able to
- know the laws regarding palliative and terminal care, regulations and recommendations and apply them in your workplace
- define the concepts of palliative and terminal care
- treat patients in different palliative care settings
- recognize your own acquirements and responsibilities in terminal care, as the dying-patient nurse and care

Content

Basics of palliative care. Basics of legal issues. Main concepts. Value and principles. Work settings. Provincial palliative and terminal care models. End-of-life patient's encounter and working as a nurse. Implementation: online studies.
