Would you like to practice digital counselling and support social and health care or employment service clients need and strengthen your digital counselling skill during your study? During our society’s digitalization you need to counsel your clients more and more to use digital services and environments in social and health care and employment services.

After having completed the course
- you understand the basics and meaning of digital counselling and support
- you visit and meet social and health care and employment service environments and their clients using digital services
- you can identify the most relevant digital services and environments and can guide and support clients to use them
- you practice and suit digital guidance and support in practice

- Digital guidance and support in theory
- Digital services and environments in social and health care and employment services
- Digital guidance and support in practice. You and teacher will choose your practice environment (e.g. health centers, wellness points and rehabilitative work)

During the course you practice digital counselling and support in real environmets.

Opintojakso alkaa itsenäisellä tutustumisella keskeiseen digiohjauksen ja digituen teoriapohjaan ja tehtävien tekoon (2 op = n. 54 tuntia). Teoriaosuuden jälkeen opiskelija valitsee tarjolla olevista harjoittelupaikoista itselleen mieleisimmän, ja ohjaajan tukemana siirtyy antamaan digiohjausta ja -tukea sosiaalialan toimipisteisiin. Harjoittelussa voi toimia yksin, parin kanssa tai pienellä opiskelijaryhmällä. Harjoitteluun on varattu (2,5 op = n. 60 tuntia). Lopuksi opiskelija kokoaa yhteen kertyneen oppimisen ja osaamisen ja arvioi kokonaisuutta yhdessä ohjaajan kanssa. (not translated)
