Objective

You are able to define the key principles of professional communication in social welfare work and identify forms and levels of communication in interaction situations.
You are able to describe the theoretical starting points of dialogue, recognize the importance of dialogue in client work and know the principles of open dialogue.
You are able to explain the criteria and objectives for the use of creative and functional methods in social welfare work. Through your own experience you will understand the meaning for the use of creative and functional methods.
