Objective

- You can describe the principles of comprehensive gerontological and multidisciplinary assessment
- You are able to comprehensively assess and anticipate the health, well-being and functional capacity of older people, as well as the need for services in relation to the individual's resources, life and coping in their own environment.
- You are able to utilize various methods of assessing functional capacity and service needs
- You are able to use reliable information in a comprehensive assessment, taking into account the effectiveness of activities that promote the well-being of older people.
- You can communicate information about factors related to the health and well-being of older people
- You are able to use assessment data to support older people.
