    Content: Business environment analysis (external analysis), including corporate social responsibility in tourism context. Factors affecting profitability (internal analysis) Cost-volume-profit analysis Link between productivity and profitability Seasonal variations as a challenge for business Analysis of a predefined tourism business case Objectives: The student  * understands the importance and dimensions of corporate social responsibility * understands the main factors affecting profitability in a tourism SME * is able to analyse the profitability and social responsibility of a tourism SME and suggest recommendations for improvement Pedagogical arrangements: Contact teaching Online lessons Working independently and in groups NB! The course includes an excursion to target companies.
