Students learn to communicate as a member of the work community and as a representative of the work community in a professional, structured and understandable way. They will learn to take into account the requirements of the recipient, the situation and their field. They will also learn the basics of internal and external communication and how to write communication texts. They will also learn how to make professional oral presentations and how to communicate appropriately and in a spirit of solidarity in group communication situations at work. In addition, they will be able to plan and act in different roles in a meeting and to write meeting documents. Students will learn to develop a realistic understanding of themselves as communicators and to develop the communication skills needed in working life.
