Objective
The student learns the basic concepts of cost management and factors affecting the costs. The student also learns to make cost estimation calculations.

- methods of cost estimation
- coding systems
- cost estimation in design phase and in contracting phase (quantities, prices, general costs on the sites)
- target estimation
- essential parts of tender calculation
