Teaching methods
After completing the course, you will be able to describe the stages of a renovation project, find out the effects of old structures on building systems and the effects of building systems on old structures. You are familiar with the typical problem areas of renovation legislation and HVAC systems. You can use the input data to find out the most suitable repair solution and to choose energy-efficient solutions for renovation projects. You control the special features of the work management of a renovation project.
