Objective

The student is able to identify his / her own professional development and is able to critically evaluate his / her competence by setting development goals. The student is able to act in accordance with the practices of working life in his / her studies almost like a professional. The student is able to take care of the well-being of studies and understands its significance for the study community as well. The student is able to maintain motivation to study and, if necessary, ask for support in difficult times. The student is able to plan his / her own time and prioritize things so that the studies progress. The student is able to give developmental feedback.

Preparing for a development discussion, evaluating one's own competence and making one's competence visible, identifying one's own development needs, job search practices / job search.

Learning objectives:
Students can identify their own professional development in relation to working life and can critically assess their competence by setting development goals. The student will be able to act in a quasi-professional way in his/her studies in accordance with the practices of working life. Students are able to take care of their well-being and understand its importance for the learning community. The student will be able to maintain motivation to study and to ask for support in difficult moments when necessary. The student can plan his/her time and prioritise his/her activities in order to progress in his/her studies. be able to give constructive feedback

Key content:
Preparing for a development interview, identifying and articulating own competences, assessment and making competences visible, identifying own development needs, job search practices/job search, recruitment process

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Admitted:
- Active participation in the lessons of the course
- Carrying out learning tasks according to the assignment
- Returning learning assignments on schedule

Abandoned:
- The student does not participate in teaching
- The learning tasks have not been prepared in accordance with the assignment
- Late / non-return of learning assignments
