The student is able to act in accordance with the practices of working life in his / her studies almost like a professional. The student is able to take care of the well-being of studies and understands its significance for the study community as well. The student is able to maintain motivation to study and, if necessary, ask for support in difficult times. The student is able to plan his / her own time and prioritize things so that the studies progress. The student is able to give developmental feedback.
