    Learning objectives
    You are able to communicate professionally to different audiences, in various business situations and through versatile means of communication, and in different channels. Your speech and writing are linguistically and stylistically accurate and culturally and contextually appropriate. You are aware of the factors that affect business communication and able to adjust your communication accordingly.

    Exam dates and re-exam possibilities

    Students' skills in spoken and written business communication will be assessed in different assignments during the course. The student must submit evidence of his/her business communication skills by the end of the course. There will be another possibility for retake the course in early June and another in late August.

    Alternative learning methods

    The student who has the required skills that s/he has acquired through formal studies in a higher education institution or by working in a diverse workplace in international business can apply for RPL. The student must contact the teacher in charge of the study unit before the start of the course to discuss whether s/he is entitled to apply for RPL Replacement or Proof of Competence.

    Assessment criteria

    The final grade is determined by continual assessment 20% (active participation in classroom work and submitting Moodle assignments on time), written assignments compiled into a portfolio 40%, and evidence-based assessment of spoken communication skills 40% (telephoning, negotiating and meeting skills).
