Objective

The course is intended for students whose mother tongue is not Finnish.
The language level of the course is A2.2.

You can
- tell about yourself and your everyday life
- use the Finnish language in customer service situations
- find the main points in short texts and in simple speech
- write short texts
- can distinguish between written and spoken language.

Content

- Everyday communication situations: telling about yourself, expressing your time, various customer service situations, understanding news
- Vocabulary and phrases used in communication situations
- Features and vocabulary of colloquial language
- Grammar at basic level (UNIC 2).
