- is able to understand cultural diversity and apply theoretical knowledge of the cultural dimensions leading multicultural and diverse teams
- is aware of the factors that impact cross-cultural communication, team building, diversity, motivation and decision-making, and is able to apply those factors in his/her behavior
- is able to evaluate his/her skills needed to manage and work effectively in diverse cultural environments
