- is able to understand how globalization affects intercultural management
- is able to understand the main differences between societal and organizational culture
- is able to understand cultural diversity and apply theoretical knowledge of the cultural dimensions in intercultural management
- is able to understand and apply the key concepts of intercultural management, leading multicultural and diverse teams and leading change in multicultural context
- is aware of the factors that impact cross-cultural communication, team building, diversity, motivation and trust and is able to apply those factors in his/her behavior when working in intercultural teams
- is able to evaluate his/her skills needed to manage and work effectively in diverse cultural environments
