Objective

After the course you can apply the contracts of the Employment Act in the contractual relation between the employer and employee and you know the essential regulations concerning the Working Hours Act, Annual Holiday Act and Cooperation Act.
You understand aims and methods of self-knowledge and developing self-directedness concerning supervisory tasks.
In addition, you understand managers' position and tasks when supervising a team or work community. You know the significance of a development discussion, aims and working methods and can give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
You can recognize and settle challenging situations of work community.
