Teaching methods
You know how to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish while working. You are able to write documents used in working life and are able to participate in meetings and negotiations in Swedish. You know how to deal with clients on the phone and through email. You are aware of the features in Swedish culture. You can find relevant information by using different sources.

Student work load is 81 hours (3 credits) of which 30 hours contact lectures and 51 hours of independent assignments and learning.
